Class Yearbook
- Our 50th Reunion Yearbook was very well received. We will encourage classmates to provide updates for Yearbook supplements that we will issue annually. Classmates who did not submit information for the original yearbook would also be encouraged to participate. (Think of this as a “Super Green Card” program.)
- Updated information received would be fed to the College’s Advance database and in the Class of 1966 database.
Strategy:
- Lots of news to encourage classmates to engage with the College and with each other. Build on the momentum of our 50th Reunion.
- Communications officers actively solicit classmate news and reach out to classmates. Officers invest a great deal of time in position, supporting the depth and quality of website, newsletter, and DAM columns.
- Coordination and Integration: webmaster and email coordinator, secretary, social media and newsletter editors (Communications Committee) will continue to regularly to discuss content and timing, to ensure content as a whole is presented in the most effective way possible. E.g., regularly share news and ideas and proactively discuss what info should go where. Email, website, and newsletter actively support one another – newsletters archived on website, emails point to new content on website, etc. President is also involved in communications and sets communications as a priority for class.
